module which is having the module dimension of 129x102 mm and AA
size of 95.96x75.76 mm. This RYP160128A model is built in with RA6963 controller; it communicates via 8080
8-bit parallel interface; 5V power supply or 3.3V negative voltage
optional. This lcd display 160x128 module is available for graphic
mode or Character Generator mode (Character font) optional. It can
be operating at temperatures from -20℃ to +70℃; its storage
temperatures range from -30℃ to +80℃.

RYP160128A is a graphic LCD display 160x128, the module dimension 129×102 mm. RYP160128A utilizes IC RA6963 supporting 8080 interface. The module has a PCB with screw holes and peripheral circuit for easy mounting and usage. The driver voltage is 5V, there is built negative voltage. The driving method is 1/128. The pin of RYP160128AGraphic LCD 160x128 module is from pin header of 2.54 mm pitch (please note the standard package doesn’t include pin header).
